1. GUARANTORS VERIFICATION FEE- N12,500.

Pay for your 3 guarantors' physical verification visit. This fee is required and mandatory for all workers signing up to our platform for the first time or old workers who haven't been verified.
This payment enables us to physically visit, verify, and document the 3 guarantors that you submitted to us during your registration.
We do not cover verifications cost for workers.
Those who are unable to pay or do not have funds can borrow N12,500 from their family and friends and pay it back to them when they resume work.

2. How to copy your online guarantors forms/ link and forward to your 3 guarantors with just a click

A)Login to your account, go to your worker dashboard menu, click on "My Profile", then click on "Copy your online guarantors link".
B) Forward the link to 3 of your valid guarantors that you submitted during registration. They are to click on that link right on their mobile phones, laptop or any other internet enabled device. they"ll be shown series of questions to answer. They should answer all correctly and enter all other information requested and click submit . After that, our field staff will physically visit these guarantors at their offices, companies or shops for physical confirmation / verification.
C) After their verification visits, If they are "APPROVED" by our field staff, your profile will be approved by our admin and a Verified badge ✅ will be displayed on your profile, earning you the trust and confidence of thousands of employers in offering you jobs without hesitations.
D) If your guarantors are unable to fill the online guarantors forms, we will provide the paper form to them when we visit. Kindly ensure that you upload only valid and approved guarantors to our platform, to avoid delaying your approval process.
Please note: If you have already submitted invalid or unapproved guarantors such as your fellow domestic workers Eg nannies, chefs, drivers, artisans, people who run roadside businesses, informal businesses or other invalid guarantors, kindly login back to your account now and change them to "Valid and approved guarantors only."

A.) POLICE FINGERPRINTING AND CRIMINAL HISTORY CHECKS- N40, 000

Pay for your police criminal history and background checks document to prove to employers that you are not an ex-convict or have any record of criminal history with the police. This certificate/ document is attached to your file and helps employers to trust you fully.

B.) BASIC MEDICAL TESTS - N25,000 .

Get screened for basic diseases and infections. Elicit trust from your potential employers, know your health status and be completely employment-ready!

Basic Tests include:

• ✅ HIV Type 1 and 2
• ✅ Hepatitis B and C
• ✅ Tuberculosis ( TB)
• ✅ VDRL
• ✅ Pregnancy
• ✅ Malaria
• ✅ Typhoid

C.) MARIJUANA (WEED) AND OTHER PSYCHOACTIVE SUBSTANCES TEST- (Optional N40,000)

Domestic and home care workers work in homes and private residences of employers. Children and vulnerable people live in most of these homes, as such employers would want to ensure that the person working and interacting with their kids is not under the influence of alcohol, weed, cocaine or other illicit drugs.

Opting to run this test and including it in your file helps employers to know that they can trust your physical, mental and work abilities. An all-negative test results of the above tests proves to employers that you do not engage in such acts, and will not be mentally impaired or under the influence of drugs while caring for their kids/wards.

(Kindly note : All the above tests are run at our approved partner hospitals or laboratories to ensure the integrity of the tests submitted. We do not accept tests done in random laboratory by workers and submitted to us, all tests must be done at our approved standard partner medical facilities and results sent directly to us.)
