SALARY RATES GUIDE

Workers salary rates may vary and can be negotiated lower or higher, depending on the worker's age, experience, skills and other factors. Employers should feel free to offer salary rates that is acceptable to them, to their prospective workers.

1.✅ SSCE / WAEC level domestic workers:

N60,000 - N85,000 or more - (Ages: 18 - mid 20s)

2. ✅ OND / NCE basic diploma level domestic workers:

N80,000 - N150,000 or more. (Ages Late 20s - 40s)

3.✅ BSc/ HND college level graduates/ Certified and trained professionals:

Salary ranges: N180,000/ N200,000 - N600,000 or more.

  • ▪ Professional Housekeepers / Stewards
  • ▪ Continental Chef & Steward combo for single employers
  • ▪ Professional Continental Chefs
  • ▪ Executive / Head Chefs
  • ▪ French-speaking graduate Nigerian Nannies & Tutors
  • ▪ Professional, corporate and personal, highly-experienced drivers
  • ▪ Home Managers
  • ▪ Personal / Domestic Assistants

4.✅ High-end/Luxury staff category:

Salary $700-$4000 USD.

▪ Experienced in luxury, international fine-dining standards

▪ High work ethics and standards


🔸 The current lowest salary for basic level domestic workers on our platform is N60,000 - N70,000.

🔸 Please note: Live-out workers will request for extra - N30,000 - N50,000 for a full month to cover for daily transportation. This is separate from the live-in salary range for each work category. Employers can search for workers in close proximity to their locations to lower salary + transport costs payable monthly.


  • 4. ✅ All salary rates listed above are open to lower or higher negotiations, directly negotiated between workers and employers. We do not deduct any percentage from workers' salary.
  • 5. We have no input, interest or influence on workers salary rates, workers fix their rates independently.
  • 6. Workers are independent contractors and the direct employees of their respective employers. Employers pay 100% of their worker's monthly salaries direct to their workers.
  • 7. We blacklist employers who owe workers months of salaries, beat up their workers or treat workers in other inhuman ways.
